Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for eligible items. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with any original tags and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at thesteadyhouse@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at thesteadyhouse@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of sensory and tactile products, squishy toys, sensory putties, slime products, custom products, personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about a specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the eligible item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your approved return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
